The Mets' new closer, Billy Wagner, said his injured left middle finger might bother him on and off for the entire season. Wagner, who hurt his pitching hand March 16, said he would be ready to pitch today, if needed. "Today, I don't know what's going on; it feels really good," Wagner said yesterday.
