The Nationals are expected to promote Stephen Strasburg to Triple-A Syracuse after he starts on Sunday. He is scheduled to pitch for Double-A Harrisburg against Double-A Altoona, and if he dominates a source within the organization tells MLB.com that he'll be moved up. Once the promotion is announced, Strasburg could pitch against Triple-A Gwinnett late next week.
