Mariners right-hander Felix Hernandez had his streak of 18 consecutive quality starts broken on Saturday against the Rangers.
Hernandez surrendered five runs through the game's first five innings.
It marked the first time since August 1, 2009, that Hernandez allowed more than three runs over at least six innings.
The streak was the longest in franchise history and the third longest in the Major League's since 2000.
