Top Cuban shortstop prospect Adeiny Hechavarria is now unblocked by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control and can sign with any team.
Hechavarria's agent, Bart Hernandez, told ESPN that the 20-year-old will not hold any more showcases and is ready to sign with a club.
