The Giants do not have the roster flexibility to sign any more relievers or outfielders, despite the availability of Eric Byrnes and Xavier Nady. The front office believes it has the depth it needs with Nate Schierholtz, John Bowker, Eugenio Velez, Andres Torres and Fred Lewis.
