The Nationals have re-signed pitcher Scott Olsen to a one-year, $1 million contract, according to sources. Olsen became a free agent this weekend when Washington decided not to offer him a contract for the 2010 season. The new contract includes incentives that could increase it's value to up to $4 million. Olsen went 2-4 with a 6.03 ERA in just 11 starts for the Nationals in 2009.
