One major league general manager believes that Cuban left-hander Aroldis Chapman is far away from contributing.
"I love his arm," the general manager told ESPN The Magazine. "But he's got a ways to go before he's ready to pitch in the major leagues, physically and emotionally."
Chapman's ERA was 4.03 in 118 2/3 innings in the National Series this year in Cuba.
