Hideki Matsui is likely playing his final games with the Yankees.
Matsui, a free agent at the end of the season, has been restricted to designated hitter duties for more than a year because of his balky knees.
He's still a productive hitter, with two home runs in the first three game of the World Series, but his future in Major League Baseball is likely as a pinch-hitter.
