The Indians have given minor league manager Torey Lovullo a second interview for their managerial vacancy. Lovullo has spent the last eight seasons in Cleveland's system. "I'm familiar with the setting," Lovullo said Friday. "This team is a lot further along than some might believe." Other candidates for the job include Dodgers hitting coach Don Mattingly, Angels bench coach Ron Roenicke, former Nationals manager Manny Acta and former Mets and Rangers skipper Bobby Valentine.
