Rangers manager Ron Washington has laid out his wish list of offseason additions. Washington wants to see the team add a veteran starting pitcher, a right-handed hitter and a left-handed reliever. "We need one with experience that could help our younger kids move along so we don't have to push them into situations they're not ready for or can't handle," Washington told MLB.com. Kevin Millwood and Scott Feldman are the only guarantees for the team's rotation next season.
