Bengie Molina wants a two-year contract extension from the Giants, but nothing has been discussed. San Francisco doesn't plan to promote catching prospect Buster Posey in 2009, but extending Molina's contract could block the young phenom. "If anything, I would've helped the kid," said Molina of Posey not coming up this season. "I would have given him a lot of advice on how to deal with the pitching staff. It wouldn't change my game at all."
