The Blue Jays could be a seller at this July's trade deadline if they are far behind the Yankees, Red Sox and Rays in the AL East. Ace Roy Halladay could be a prime candidate. "Ownership wants no part of trading Roy at this time," general manager J.P. Ricciardi said. "He's the face of the organization. Right now we are not thinking about going down that road. But that is what we feel in February. Who knows how you feel in June?" Two sources say Toronto tried to trade Vernon Wells during the offseason. Scott Rolen and Lyle Overbay also could be dump candidates. However, B.J. Ryan and Halladay could help fetch 5-6 prospects to accelerate a Blue Jay rebuild.
