Francisco Liriano will make his return to the Major Leagues on Sunday in a scheduled start against Cleveland, according to The Associated Press. "It's what I was waiting for," said Liriano. "I'm so happy to be here." He missed all of the 2007 season because of Tommy John surgery and was sent down to the minor leagues earlier this season after struggling. "It's been a long time," Liriano said. "I wasn't ready when I was here so I had to go down and get myself ready."
