New Mets Manager Jerry Manuel claims that outfielder Moises Alou might not return to the team this season, according to The New York Post. Alou, 41, is currently making his third stint on the disabled list with various ailments. "I can't plan that [Alou's] bat will be back in that fifth or sixth spot or fourth spot or wherever you put him," Manuel said. "I think he's determined to get back [this season]," Manuel added. "I do believe that if this happens in the fashion that it happened before, I think he'll have some serious problems, and he'll head to the house."
