Yankees' catcher Jorge Posada tested his injured shoulder with throws to both second and third base during a pregame workout on Thursday, according to The Associated Press. He then caught seven innings of an extended spring training game, going 1-for-2 with two walks, as well. "It feels good," Posada said. "The more I throw, the better it feels. It's coming along. I'm happy with the throwing today. I think I'm going to DH [Friday] and then Saturday go full-bore."
