Phillies' reliever Brad Lidge believes that he's pitching the best of his entire career, according to The News Journal. "Right now," Lidge said, "I'm probably pitching the best of my career." Lidge is 12-for-12 in save opportunities and has allowed just one earned run in 21 innings this season. "I really do feel like I'm pitching better," Lidge said Thursday before a game against his former team the Astros. "My arm strength is still there. The stuff is still there. But my control is better."
