The All-Star teams have been revealed and with most of the teams passing over the halfway point in their seasons, the rankings should start to cement themselves. However, there are top teams who can?t find their stride and middle of the pack clubs who can?t crack mediocrity. Read on to see where each of the 30 teams fall heading into the first full week of July.
