Left-hander Daniel Moskos, the No. 4 overall pick by the Pirates, is the highest draft selection to sign so far. Moskos was given a $2,475,000 signing bonus by Pittsburgh. In contrast, the Tigers signed their top pick, 6-foot-5 right-hander Rick Porcello (selected 27th overall), to a four-year, $7.28 million deal Tuesday. The Giants agreed to deals with both of their first-round picks before Wednesday's deadline, locking up 10th overall selection Madison Bumgarner and 29th pick Wendell Fairley.
