Sammy Sosa was helped off the field after getting hit in the head by a pitch Saturday night.
With the Rangers leading 5-0, Sosa was leading off the top of the third inning when the second pitch from Indians starter Cliff Lee skimmed off Sosa's shoulder and hit him flush on the left side of the head. The slugger dropped to the ground and stayed down on one knee for about two minutes before walking off under his own power.
