For one night in the minors, Timo Perez was in the spotlight again.
The former ML outfielder had three hits and two RBIs to lead the International League to a 7-5 victory over the Pacific Coast League in the Triple-A All-Star game on Wednesday night.
Perez, playing at Toledo in the Tigers' system, hit a double and two singles and was chosen as the game's MVP.
