Tom Glavine pulled out of his early-season slump on Friday night by pitching seven scoreless innings in the Mets 2-0 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals. Jason Marquis only gave up three hits, but two of them were to Cliff Floyd and they were both home runs. Jose Reyes had the only other Mets' hit. Braden Looper picked up the save in the ninth inning after Roberto Hernandez was flawless in the eighth. Floyd now has ten home runs on the year.
