Changes are a comin'. White Sox general manager Ken Williams promised as much Sunday. But that doesn't mean the Sox are going to blow the team up. "A lot of people say it's a white flag. No, it's no white flag," Sox manager Ozzie Guillen said. "It's smart. A lot of people say, 'Oh, they quit. Oh, they should make an offer to (Mark) Buehrle.' They did, I think. This is a business, and these are things that are going on and the fans have to understand." The Sox made Buehrle a three-year offer worth a reported $30 million last summer that the left-hander turned down. Now Buehrle is one of the hottest players available.
