The Devil Rays on Friday optioned Elijah Dukes to the minor leagues and placed him on the temporary inactive list. The Devil Rays also selected outfielder Dustan Mohr from Class AAA Durham and transferred outfielder Rocco Baldelli from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list.
