Orioles shortstop Miguel Tejada was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a non-displaced fracture of his left wrist on Friday, ending his streak of consecutive games played at 1,152, the fifth-longest in big league history. Tejada was hit on the wrist by San Diego's Doug Brocail on Wednesday night. Tejada appeared in the Orioles' 6-3 win Thursday at San Diego just long enough to extend his streak, coming out for a pinch-runner after reaching on a fielder's choice in the first inning.
