Derek Jeter says he'd like to own a major league baseball franchise after his playing days are finished. Jeter first broached the subject in an interview with ESPN-1050 earlier this week. "Definitely I'd be hands on, I'd be like The Boss," Jeter said Wednesday, referring to George Steinbrenner. Though Jeter said he wants to remain in the game after he's done playing, he wouldn't be interested in working as a manager or GM. "I would like to be able to call the shots," Jeter said. "That would be something fun. That's all I've thought about, it's not like I've made any plans to do it."
