The Boston Red Sox are moving Corey Kluber to the bullpen.

Kluber, 37, hasn't made an appearance out of the bullpen since 2013. He signed a one-year deal worth $10 million this offseason.

The Red Sox will move back to a five-man starting rotation with Chris Sale, James Paxton, Garrett Whitlock, Tanner Houck and Brayan Bello.

Through nine starts this season, Kluber has posted a 6.26 ERA over 41 2/3 innings.
