Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Gustavo Chacin was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Chacin was stopped by Tampa police early Friday morning, according to a copy of the charge report posted on the Hillsborough County sheriff's Web site. The 26-year-old Chacin was booked for a misdemeanor and released from jail on $500 bond.
