The New York Mets are looking for a president of baseball operations and there has been plenty of speculation about who they might target.

They've been loosely tied to big names like Theo Epstein, Josh Byrnes, Chris Antonetti, and Derek Falvey and chatter has picked up recently about a possible run at Billy Beane.

However, there have yet to be any talks between the Mets and Beane.
