The Seattle Mariners are expected to call up their top prospect Jarred Kelenic on Thursday, according to sources.

Kelenic, the No. 6 pick in the 2018 amateur draft, is ranked as the No. 3 prospect in baseball by ESPN's Kiley McDaniel.

The 21-year-old was sidelined early in spring training by a strained adductor muscle in his left knee. He is batting 9-for-22 with 2 home runs, 5 RBIs, 6 runs scored and 2 stolen bases in five games with Seattle's Triple-A affiliate Tacoma Rainiers.
