Major League Baseball is investigating "suspicious baseballs" from Trevor Bauer's latest start with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Bauer yielded two earned runs on 10 strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings against the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday. Umpires from that game collected multiple "suspicious baseballs" that Bauer threw that "had visible markings and were sticky."

Major League Baseball announced last month that it plans to crack down on pitchers doctoring baseballs.
