The Rockies on Saturday agreed to terms with outfielder Steve Finley on a minor-league contract. Terms were not disclosed. Finley, who will turn 42 on March 12, spent last season with the Giants, batting .246 with six home runs and 40 RBI in 139 games. He figures to compete with Cory Sullivan, Jeff Baker and Ryan Spilborghs for a reserve role with the Rockies.
