After shutting down the Philadelphia Phillies' offense on Wednesday night, Dallas Keuchel called out the club's front office.

The Phillies have long needed a starting pitcher and were linked to Keuchel throughout his free agency, which lingered into early June.

"I mean, if you don't come calling what is there for me to be mad about?" the left-hander said. "I think a lot of those guys over there in the front office are second-guessing themselves, and, I mean, I would too."

Keuchel signed a one-year, $13 million deal with the Atlanta Braves. He is 8-5 with a 3.35 ERA in 16 starts.
