The Miami Marlins are focused on scouting a half-dozen farm systems in preparation for a likely sell-off prior to the non-waiver trade deadline.

According to sources, Miami has been scouting the Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies, Milwaukee Brewers and New York Yankees.

The Marlins are believed to be willing to listen to offers for anyone with the intention of dumping payroll and fortifying the farm system.
