The Boston Red Sox continue to search for controllable pitching and have discussed a trade with the San Diego Padres.

According to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports and Jerry Crasnick of ESPN, the Red Sox have talked about acquiring Tyson Ross and Craig Kimbrel from the Padres.
