Jimmy Rollins is entering his first season with the Los Angeles Dodgers, who were one of four teams that showed interest in him when the Philadelphia Phillies began taking calls for the veteran.

The San Diego Padres, New York Mets and New York Yankees were interested in Rollins.

Rollins has a full no-trade clause, which limited Philadelphia's options.

It had been reported that the Mets were the shortstop's second choice, but Rollins disagrees.

"There wasn't a second choice," Rollins said.
