The sports world lost one of its most respected voices and strongest inspirations on Sunday when ESPN anchor Stuart Scott died at the age of 49 following a long battle with cancer.
He changed the game on many levels, which on its own is an amazing legacy to leave. But never was Scott's impact stronger than as we watched him courageously battle cancer. For seven years, Scott fought his battle in front of the world and never backed down.
The outpouring of support from all over the sports world reflects the power of his courage. That includes many from the baseball world, who took to social media on Sunday morning to reflect and honor his legacy.
