The Seattle Mariners have traded Michael Saunders to the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for J.A. Happ, according to a source.

Seattle had been looking to trade Saunders since the end of the season.

Happ, 32, went 11-11, with a 4.22 ERA, in 28 starts for the Blue Jays this year.
