Alex Rodriguez has dropped his final of three lawsuits he filed last year during his counter-attack against baseball's investigation into his performance enhancing drug use.

The suit that was dropped Thursday night was for medical malpractice against New York Yankees' team doctor, Chris Ahmad and New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

"All legal matters have been resolved and Alex looks forward on the field in 2015," spokesman Ron Berkowitz said. "Alex is working out and looking forward to 2015."
