The Cleveland Indians don't feel Trevor Bauer is ready to remain in the Major Leagues, which is why they signed Aaron Harang.

Bauer walked 73 in 112 innings at Class AAA Columbus and 16 in 17 innings with the Indians last season.

Cleveland will look for Bauer to work on his control before promoting him.
