The Marlins will move Kevin Slowey into the starting rotation after trading Ricky Nolasco to the Dodgers on Saturday.

Miami anticipated trading Nolasco and kept Slowey available.

Slowey is 3-6 with a 4.24 ERA. He's made 13 starts, the last on June 12.

"As of right now, we'll plan on this start Monday," Mike Redmond said. "And then we'll figure it out there."
