Rich Dozer resigned as president of the Arizona Diamondbacks, a position he held since the expansion franchise was awarded 11 years ago. He will be replaced by former Los Angeles Dodgers executive Derrick Hall, who has been Diamondbacks senior vice president for communications since May 2005, the team said Wednesday.
