With less than a month left in the season, Justin Upton is well aware that his time with the Diamondbacks could be coming to an end.

Upton has only played for Arizona in his Major League career. His name has been mentioned in trade rumors over the last year.

"It's very possible," he said of a trade. "I think it's very possible."

Upton would prefer to remain with the Diamondbacks, but the rumors have made him indifferent.

"I'm in a good place right now," he said. "I'm in a good place mentally about it. I understand that this is baseball and I'm going to approach my off-season the same way I would. I'm going to go home, play golf, enjoy my family, do whatever I've got to do. If they call me and tell me I got traded, then that's what happens. I'm not going to worry myself about it. Whatever happens, happens. That's the place I'm at."
