The Marlins are making Josh Johnson available via trade, but the asking price for the right-hander is high.
Because of that, the belief is that he won't be moved ahead of the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline.
Several sources claim the Marlins are asking for a team's top two or three prospects in every scenario involving Johnson.
"They're asking for a ton," said an American League general manager.
