The Phillies are still out of the playoff picture in the National League and may have placed Cliff Lee on the trade block. Philadelphia gave Cole Hamels a $144 million contract earlier this week and Roy Halladay is owed considerable money in the coming years as well. The belief is that Hamels' contract might push Lee out of Philadelphia.
