The Tigers made another move Monday, acquiring second baseman Omar Infante and right-hander Anibal Sanchez from the Marlins in exchange for 21-year-old righty Jacob Turner and two minor leaguers. "We gave up a lot," Detroit general manager Dave Dombrowski said. "It hurts to do what we did."
