Andre Ethier has declined an invitation from teammate Matt Kemp to participate in the Home Run Derby during All-Star week. The Dodgers right-fielder is uncertain if he'll play before the All-Star break. Ethier has missed out the team's last four games because of a strained muscle in the left rib cage.
