Skip Schumaker will rejoin the Cardinals in Detroit for the start of the team's three-game Interleague series on Tuesday, according to an MLB.com report. To make room on the 25-man roster for Schumaker, reliever Maikel Cleto has been optioned back to Triple-A Memphis.
