The Astros have reached a verbal agreement with Carlos Correa, the first overall pick in this week's First-Year Player Draft. "We have a verbal agreement, so hopefully he'll be in here [Thursday] and pass his physical on time," owner Jim Crane said. The owner wouldn't divulge the bonus amount, but hinted it will be less than Major League Baseball's prescribed bonus of $7.2 million for the No. 1 overall pick.
