The Marlins defeated the Pirates on Tuesday as Josh Johnson earned his first victory in more than a year.
Johnson, whose last win came April 19, 2011, tossed seven innings and held the Pirates to two runs on six hits.
The righty, who missed most of last season with a right shoulder injury, went 12 starts between wins.
"I feel like it's been about two years," Johnson said.
