When the Yankees fortify their starting rotation with Andy Pettitte and Michael Pineda later this season, it appears as though Phil Hughes and Freddy Garcia will be the odd men out. New York hasn't gotten many good outings from their rotation this season, but Hughes and Garcia have struggled mightily.
